A Brief History of the Sun Fiesta

The majority of our scholarship funds are raised during the Sun Fiesta, which Women's Sertoma Club of Venice has sponsored and organized since 1994.

The first "official" Sun Fiesta took place in October 1973. It was designed to provide the community with a chance to get together before the "snow birds" started migrating in November! It has remained one of the most beloved events of the year for the citizens of Venice.
